Authentic Movement Advanced

12 – 15 March 2026 in Spain, organised by Nuevas Bendiciones

.

Overview of the training

The course offered a balanced blend of embodied practice, contemplative work, and relational presence.

Simple grounding practices—breath, gentle movement, and short meditative moments— helped participants arrive in the body and the moment. Movement sessions invited spontaneous, impulse‑led expression, held by paired or group witnessing to support nonjudgmental reflection.

Integration moments through quiet reflection, creative exploration, and small‑group sharing.

Gentle emotional processing and self‑compassion practices provided safe containment for inner material, while periods outdoors and silent sitting cultivated connection with the natural environment.

Evenings offered communal reflection to deepen relational connection.
