Overview of the teaching abroad
In the 2 days long teaching the following activities and tasks were undertaken:
- Co-designed and co-facilitated a large-scale learning event for 100 participants on the theme “Citizenship as a Life Journey.”
- Coordinated a team of five trainers responsible for subgroup facilitation, ensuring effective interaction and coherence among the topics addressed.
- Moderated the final plenary session dedicated to harvesting and consolidating insights emerging from the five working groups.
- Prepared and compiled the final event report, summarising activities, outcomes, and key learning points
Competences acquired
As result of the participation in this teaching experience, Paola Bortini gained the following competences:
- Developed skills in managing and facilitating large groups within non-formal learning environments.
- Strengthened competencies in coordinating itinerant and collaborative educational activities.
- Enhanced teamwork, communication, and organisational coordination capacities.
- Reinforced cooperation and partnership-building with local organisations and stakeholders.
