Overview of the training
The training was a combination of the following elements.
- theoretical input based on the book “Presencing” of Otto Scharmer and Katrin Kaufer about the current trends in society asking for a reframing.
- practices to support the transition process from Ego to Eco-System Awareness in individuals, organisations and society.
- embodied presence activities and exercises.
- stories from the field as exemplification of process application.
- the power of questions: practical application.
- seeing and sensing the emergent: practical experience.
- planning individual leadership journey
- grounding practices.
Competences acquired
As result of the participation in this training experience, Peter Hofmann gained the following competences and professional skills:
