Julia is a skilled facilitator and trainer, using experiential and reflective methods, visualization and graphic recording in her work to open as many pathways to participant’s brains as possible. She has always had a keen interest and drive for connecting people and cultures,
and empowering people to grow.
She holds a degree in Law, focused on International and Humanitarian Law (Graz University), is a certified Communication Trainer (WIFI Süd) and has completed the Via Experientia International Academy for Experiential Education. Her professional experience includes project management in the metal-working industry, tax consulting and auditing as well as nearly 10 years working in an international Non-profit organisation ( SOS Children’s Villages). She has been working free-lance as a facilitator and communication trainer for over five years, collaborating with Ressourcenreich and the Neurodeescalation Movement, and with organisations in sport and education (AFS Intercultural Programs, Austrian Underwater Rugby Commission).
As a member of ALP, Julia is part of the EU project VisEUalisation, and involved in an initiative to further spread the inclusive leadership approach in the world.
She speaks German (mother tongue), English, Spanish, French and Greek, as well as basic Croatian, Italian and Dari.
